Billing & subscription management
In this article, you will learn everything about managing your Sitejet contract.

Contract Management
To access your contract management, click on "Manage Team" > "Billing" in the top navigation of the Manager:
You will be redirected to this view:
When you click on "See all your subscriptions" you will your purchased plan and all domain subscriptions you registered with Sitejet. You can click on each subscription and manage them there.
Billing address & VAT ID
To add your billing address - and your VAT ID if you have a company based in the EU - click on "Billing & Shipping Addresses":
Make sure to add all necessary information about your address under 1. and - if applicable - add your VAT ID under 2. Click on "Update" to save your input.
Why it's important to add your VAT ID: If you have a company based in the EU adding your VAT ID is necessary to ensure that the taxes on your invoice are correctly stated and applied.
Payment Method
To add or update your payment method click on "Payment methods". We currently offer to different options:
- Credit card
- PayPal
Invoices
To get an overview of all your invoices click on "Billing history".
