How to activate email services for a domain
Email services are included in the hosting plan, so there will be no additional costs for activating the email services. Also, we do not set a limit for the number of accounts which means that you can offer your customers an unlimited number of email accounts (fair use policy). Please note that the size of an email account is limited to 25 GB.
If you want to activate email services for a domain go to the domain manager and activate the checkbox for the respective domain.
If you want to use a domain solely for email services you can choose "Email only" under usage to ensure that the domain is not used as forwarding to the main domain.
Using email services when hosting externally
If you are hosting the domain with another provider you can also use the email services provided by Sitejet. Simply add the correct MX records to the DNS settings of that domain:

Sitejet has an integrated Mail Transfer Tool that allows you to copy emails from one email address to another. This also means that you can transfer emails before moving domains - and therefore also email accounts - from one provider to another.
