Integrating an Email tool into your website
Using our integration for third party code you can also include your forms from email tools like Campaign Monitor. In this article, we use Campaign Monitor as an example for most email tools that offer HTML "embed" code for signup forms.
1. Create your form
Before you can embed your form in Sitejet you will need to build it in Campaign Monitor - or your preferred tool. Once you set up a list, you can decide if you want the form to be embedded, if it should appear in an overlay or if it should only be a link. We want the code to be embedded.
After that you have the option to design the form to your needs, e.g. change the color, text, and input fields.
Once you are happy with the result, you can generate the code:
2. Paste the code into the website
If you want to include the form in a new section you might want to add a new container first, so your form will not take the entire width of the screen. Click on the "Elements" category in the left sidebar and drag and drop a container element to your preferred position. Then make the adjustments in the settings panel that opens on the left side.
Once you are done, you can click on "Add content" in the newly created container and select HTML:
Now simply paste the code inside the HTML box at the bottom and your form will already appear inside the canvas.
