In this guide, we will show you how to register, log into and out of Sitejet, change your password, or update your login email address.
Registering with Sitejet
You can register for a free 14-day trial of the Team plan here. Registration with Sitejet is simple and convenient and can be done directly from the homepage. Enter the email address you would like to use to log into Sitejet. You will then receive a confirmation email at the email address you provided. If you don't receive it after a few minutes, check your spam folder. After clicking on the confirmation link in the email, you will be redirected to Sitejet where you can set your password.
Logging into and out of Sitejet
Once registered, you can either log into Sitejet from the homepage by clicking on "Login" or you can go directly to partner.sitejet.io to enter your login details.
To log out, simply click on your name or profile the profile icon in the top right-hand corner of the Sitejet menu and then select "Logout".
Tip: If you have set up white labeling for your account, you can log in at partner.yourdomain.com.
Changing or resetting your Sitejet password
Your password can be changed at any time by visiting your "Profile" settings when you are logged into Sitejet.
If you have forgotten your password and are not logged in to Sitejet, you can reset it by clicking "Forgot password?" at partner.sitejet.io. The next step is to enter your login email address and click "Next". Within a few minutes, you will receive an email with a link that you can use to set a new password.
Tip: If you still haven't received an email after a while, check your spam folder.
Updating your login email address
We recommend that you choose an email address you access regularly when registering for Sitejet. But, if you do have to change your login email address in the future, we can take care of this for you. Just send us a request to help@sitejet.io.
Tips for logging in
If you encounter any issues when registering with or logging into Sitejet, we have listed a few tips here:
- Try a different browser. Sitejet is optimized for Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox.
- Delete the cache of your browser and try the login or registration again. Delete the browser cache as follows:
- Windows: [Ctrl] + [F5]
- Mac/Apple: [Apple button] + [R] or [Command] + [R]
- Linux: [F5]
