We distinguish between users and teams. This allows you, as a user, to work on projects for different teams by switching between those teams. This is organized through user and role management.
Basic knowledge
As soon as you create your account, you can store information about your own team in the team settings.
If you now want to work on websites as a freelancer or employee of an agency for a different team, you need to be invited by the team as a user. We explain how this works in our article on user and role management.
Switch team
As soon as you have been invited to the respective team and have accepted the invitation, the additional team will be available for you to select from the team list after logging out and logging back in again.
You can then change teams as follows:
- Click on the avatar/profile icon in the top right corner of the Manager view
- Click "Switch team" in the dropdown list
The team list will open, showing you all the teams you are a part of. Select the team where you want to work on a website. The currently selected team is marked with a checkmark and a dark font as shown in the picture below.
